Before we explain our methodology of work let us first understand how other recruitment agency works. There are dozen of drivers recruitment agency in Mumbai who simply pick the driver from one corner and supply to another, many do not do the basic document and reference check before placing them which results in many problems like driver with criminal background, not properly briefed about the job profile which turns into dispute, Driver not properly trained etc. We work differently by having a different approach:
- Step 1: Before the driver gets placement through us he has to come for an one to one interaction in our company with his full documents.
- Step 2: If the driver seems to be fit in initial screening and have valid documents then he need to fill a form mentioning all his details and references.
- Step 3: After the driver fills the form a reference call is made to cross verify and after this a driver is called in for 4 hours training session which covers various aspect of what a good driver should do.
- Step 4: Once the driver has successfully completed the training program his document are forwarded to the recruitment team for considering him for Employment through us.
- Step 5: After we get a requirement to hire a driver the detailed are taken down by our executive and after that the driver is shortlisted as per the requirement and send for a trail and interview with the client.
- Step 6: Once the driver is placed we take feedback from client on driver’s performance and incase the client is not satisfied with the driver we replace the driver in consultation with the client.
